Shenzhen Hide and Seek Technology Co., Ltd. builds and operates internal tools for managing its own Amazon advertising operations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

Our internal advertising automation tools may access advertising account information, campaign settings, ad group settings, keyword and targeting data, performance metrics, search term reports, advertised product reports, and related operational logs. We may also collect contact information when someone emails us.

How we use information

We use advertising data only to manage, report on, and optimize our own Amazon advertising account. This includes retrieving reports, monitoring performance, calculating ACOS and ROAS, identifying inefficient spend, and applying controlled bid, budget, keyword, targeting, or negative keyword changes.

Information sharing

We do not sell advertising data, rent advertising data, or provide advertising data to third-party advertisers. We may share limited information with service providers only when required for secure hosting, logging, infrastructure, or compliance support.

Buyer personal information

Our advertising automation workflow is designed for advertising reports and campaign management. We do not request buyer personal information for advertising optimization.

Data retention

Advertising reports and audit logs are retained only as long as needed for operational analysis, troubleshooting, security, and compliance. Credentials are stored separately from report exports and are restricted to authorized operators.

Security

We use access controls, credential separation, least-privilege permissions, transport encryption, and change logging to protect advertising data. More detail is available on our Data Security page.
